Workout results:
So as many of your know, I have been going to the gym a lot and seeing a personal trainer. I also been doing classes like dance and yoga. It has been a month now since my training and I got my results in on my progress.
Beginning:
weight: 153lbs
14.9% body fat
23lbs of my body weight is fat
Now (as of Oct. 1st):weight: 151lbs
